Akouvi is a junior at Orono High School. Passionate about activism in all forms, she is a president of the school’s environmental club. Akouvi believes in infrastructure that promotes equal access to opportunities for all and is passionate about the climate crisis, diversity, equity, and inclusion work, access to voting, and French. If not studying, Akouvi can be found digging through clothes at the thrift store, on the lacrosse field, hiking, or getting Aroma's with her friends.
