Phoebe Rogers lives in Somerset County and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities. She is a visual artist and musician, performing original music with her band Sagittarius Rising. Phoebe is looking forward to organizing within rural Maine with JustME for JustUS, and believes that positive change in the world starts within our community.
